Basil is small for his age, but quite precocious intellectually so that others tend to find him very cute. He’s thoughtful, intellectual and organized. He’s also contemplative, artistic and a little introverted. He wants to be more fun, like his hero SeeMore, but he has a hard time when unexpected things happen or situations get a little out of control.
